PS SPORTS 

REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

This policy applies to all PS Sports services, including football camps, after-school clubs, weekly training sessions and Elite Development Squad sessions and programmes.

1. No Refunds

All payments are strictly non-refundable once payment has been made. Please ensure you are happy with the dates, times and arrangements before making payment.

2. Sessions Cancelled by PS Sports

If a session is cancelled by PS Sports due to personal reasons or circumstances on our side, the cancelled session will be carried forward and rescheduled for a future date. No refunds will be issued.

3. Weather Warnings

If a camp or training session is cancelled due to official weather warnings or unsafe weather conditions, the session will be lost and will not be carried forward, rescheduled or refunded.

4. Scope of Policy

This policy applies to all PS Sports activities and programmes, including:

  • Football camps and holiday camps

  • After-school football clubs

  • Weekly football training sessions

  • Elite Development Squad training sessions

  • Elite Development programmes and other specialist coaching sessions

5. Agreement to Terms

By making payment, parents and participants acknowledge and agree to this Refund & Cancellation Policy.

PS SPORTS – All payments are final and non-refundable, subject to any statutory consumer rights that may apply.
